Seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for leading media brands. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and operational excellence across a diverse client portfolio.
The Senior Manager will report to the Associate Director, Digital Solutions and play a key role in shaping strategy, managing client relationships, and optimizing cross-channel marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple clients, brands, and channels including email, paid media, social, search, and partner platforms
- Own and manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns aligned to client goals for acquisition, engagement and revenue growth
- Translate data into actionable insights, delivering clear reporting, campaign analysis and optimization recommendations
- Manage and forecast marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, operations, analytics and external vendors to deliver seamless campaign execution
- Identify and scale new growth opportunities, channels and revenue streams
- Oversee vendor performance, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and at a high standard
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, speed to market and scalability across the team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while maintaining a strategic perspective
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with paid media platforms (e.g., SEM, paid social)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Client-facing or account management experience preferred
- Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with basic HTML or design tools is a plus
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
