The Challenge

PubMatic is scaling Publisher Growth Solutions across three global regions with multiple new revenue streams (Platform Subscription, Access Membership, Intelligent Yield, AI Insights). You'll own the operational backbone—processes, governance, dashboards, and cross-functional alignment—that lets a complex GTM engine run at speed.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current GTM operating model gaps across NTAM, EMEA, APAC; document regional processes and pain points

2

Establish weekly/bi-weekly PGS cadence with clear agendas, owners, and decision frameworks

3

Build foundational dashboards and pacing reporting in Salesforce/Looker capturing pipeline, forecast, and regional metrics

4

Launch enablement repository documenting Platform Subscription workflows, approval gates, and contract guardrails

By 6 Months
1

Operationalize and execute one global product launch (Platform Subscription or Intelligent Yield) with consistent regional readiness

Drive CRM workflow standardization across all regions; achieve 90%+ forecast accuracy in monthly business reviews

Build scalable GTM frameworks for full PGS portfolio; document and train Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams

Reduce cross-functional blockers and meeting friction by establishing clear escalation paths and asynchronous communication norms

KPIs You'll Own

Forecast Accuracy (Monthly/Quarterly)

Track variance between pipeline forecasts and actual closed revenue by region and product line.

CRM Data Quality / Workflow Compliance

Measure percentage of deals with complete, accurate information and on-time stage progression.

Regional GTM Execution Speed

Monitor time-to-launch, deal cycle length, and product adoption rates across NTAM, EMEA, APAC.

Cross-Functional Alignment Score

Survey stakeholders monthly on clarity of priorities, decision velocity, and communication effectiveness.

Platform Subscription Pipeline & Close Rate

Track deal volume, average contract value, and win rate for new subscription revenue stream.
