The Challenge

PopSockets has sold 300M phone grips globally and is expanding into adjacent products. You'll be the operational backbone turning retail marketing plans into in-store reality across key accounts.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and document all current retail marketing processes; identify 3-5 optimization opportunities with cross-functional teams

Own end-to-end execution of 2 major retail campaigns including signage, displays, and in-store materials

3

Build centralized campaign calendar and retail tracker system; achieve 100% on-time material delivery

4

Conduct feedback sessions with sales team on process friction; present findings and proposed solutions to Retail Marketing Director

By 6 Months
1

Launch optimized retail marketing playbook reducing campaign setup time by 25%

Successfully execute 4+ seasonal promotions and product launches across priority retail partners

Establish ratings/reviews management system; achieve 90%+ catalog accuracy and weekly refresh cadence

4

Plan and execute 2 major industry tradeshows with measurable buyer engagement and post-event insights

Budget Variance

Marketing spend vs. approved budget; maintain within 5% variance.

Sales Team NPS on Marketing Support

Quarterly feedback score from retail sales team on operational support and process clarity.
