We’re hiring a Founding Growth Lead — someone at the intersection of growth marketing + technical sales. You’ll help us ship fast, find traction, and lay the foundation for scalable, repeatable growth. This is an equity-only position for now, ideal for someone who wants to help define the future of sales enablement and own a piece of it.
🔧 What You’ll Work On
Designing and running growth experiments across multiple channels (SEO, social, paid, communities, partnerships, etc.) Building scrappy growth tools, automations, and funnels that drive user acquisition Optimizing landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaigns for conversion Identifying, testing, and doubling down on scalable growth loops Collaborating closely with product + engineering to shape GTM strategy
💡 You Should Have
Growth mindset Hands-on experience with growth channels (SEO, paid, lifecycle, partnerships, etc.) Technical in content creation, no-code, analytics, automation tools, AI tools, Canva Strong understanding of funnels, acquisition, and retention mechanics Ability to tell compelling stories and build demand with creativity Enterprise sales experience Startup or 0→1 experience (preferred but not required)
