The Challenge
Photoroom processes 5+ billion images annually and is hunting 40% YoY growth. You'll build the operational backbone that turns growth experiments into repeatable, data-driven systems—connecting product, marketing, and data teams through clean analytics and structured testing frameworks.
Your Mission
Map and document current experimentation workflow across product and marketing; identify bottlenecks and standardize hypothesis/tracking/analysis processes
Audit Amplitude event tracking and metric definitions; establish single source of truth for PLG funnel metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, conversion)
Build first set of core operational dashboards tracking onboarding flow, paywall performance, and feature adoption across B2C and B2B surfaces
Partner with Growth and Product teams to QA and launch 3-5 high-impact A/B tests with clean instrumentation and documented results
Establish and scale experimentation cadence: weekly test launches, bi-weekly insights reviews, monthly growth roadmap prioritization aligned to data
Build full-funnel visibility dashboard tracking user journeys from acquisition through conversion; identify top 3 drop-off points and design experiments to address them
Create reusable templates and runbooks for common experiment types (onboarding, paywall variants, activation campaigns, lifecycle emails)
Implement cross-platform cohort analysis and user segmentation framework; enable targeted lifecycle experiments via coordination with Marketing Ops

Number of A/B tests launched per week across product and marketing; track execution speed and QA pass rate.
Funnel Conversion Rates
Track activation rate (free-to-trial), trial-to-paid conversion, and feature adoption benchmarks month-over-month.
Time to Insight
Days from experiment hypothesis to actionable results; measure operational efficiency of testing infrastructure.
Data Quality Score
Percentage of events properly tracked, zero duplicate tracking, and metric definition alignment across tools.
Experiment ROI
Revenue or engagement impact per tested hypothesis; prioritize high-signal experiments for scaling.

Is This Role For You?
- You've built or scaled experimentation infrastructure at a B2C or PLG company; you know how to instrument analytics, design clean tests, and translate data into action
- You're obsessed with metric hygiene and operational rigor—you catch tracking bugs before they corrupt 1000 experiments
- You thrive coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data) and turning strategic growth goals into executable experiment roadmaps
- You're comfortable with EU timezones and flexible work arrangements; Paris office visits monthly feel manageable, not restrictive
- You've worked with Amplitude, HubSpot, or similar stacks and can build dashboards and automation without heavy engineering lift
- You need 100% remote or can't commit to monthly Paris office visits—this role requires regular in-person alignment
- You're a pure analyst who loves dashboards but gets frustrated owning operational processes, stakeholder alignment, and cross-team execution
- You haven't worked in growth, product analytics, or experimentation—this role assumes foundational PLG and testing knowledge
