Responsibilities
Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all customer and partner touchpoint.
Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth in South Africa.
Manage partner marketing initiatives with retail and channel partners to increase activations and strengthen market presence.
Oversee kiosk branding, visibility, and customer engagement strategies across retail environments.
Drive PR and communications activities to enhance PayJoy’s brand reputation and media presence in the market.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, CX, Collections and Operations teams to support commercial objectives and campaign execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, brand management, or partner marketing.
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across retail and channel environments.
Strong understanding of PR, branding, point-of-sale marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners effectively.
Experience in fintech, telecommunications, retail, or consumer finance industries is preferred.
Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to drive market growth and support commercial objectives through marketing initiatives.
