The Challenge

OK COOL is a culture-first creative agency backed by the Residence network. You'll build the US growth engine from NYC, converting inbound demand into global expansion while positioning the agency as the go-to social and creator partner for Fortune 500 brands.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and activate your network to generate 8-12 qualified inbound opportunities and establish cadence with top-tier prospects

2

Audit and implement a clear new business qualification framework aligned with ideal client profile and deal sizing

3

Lead 3-4 pitch responses end-to-end, establishing your strategic positioning and cross-functional collaboration model

4

Establish baseline relationships with all Residence network agency heads and identify 2-3 co-pitch opportunities

By 6 Months
1

Close $2M+ in new business contracts (or pipeline equivalent) demonstrating repeatable conversion process

Launch OK COOL's annual trend report as flagship thought leadership asset with distribution across Residence network

3

Establish OK COOL as primary social/creator partner for 4+ Residence network agencies with documented co-pitch wins

4

Build and optimize marketing presence across 4-5 key industry events and establish quarterly speaking opportunities
