The Challenge

Najar is building a scalable outbound revenue engine across Europe. You'll own multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) that generate qualified pipeline directly to sales—not theoretical marketing, real conversions.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build and launch 3+ multi-channel outbound sequences targeting CFOs/Procurement leaders across 2+ European segments

Establish baseline KPIs: achieve 25%+ reply rate and 10%+ meeting rate on outbound campaigns

3

Clean and enrich 500+ leads in CRM; implement data hygiene workflows to improve lead quality

4

Run 5+ A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, and sequencing; document learnings and iterate

By 6 Months
1

Scale outbound campaigns to generate 50+ qualified meetings monthly for AEs across Europe

Achieve 30%+ reply rate and 12%+ meeting rate through continuous optimization and personalization

Own end-to-end CRM data quality: segmentation, enrichment, assignment workflows, and reporting dashboards

Build advanced lead lists using scraping/enrichment tools; document playbooks for repeatable outbound motions

Percentage of leads in CRM correctly enriched, segmented, and assigned; minimum 90%.
