The Challenge

MIND is redefining data security for the AI era. As Senior Field Marketing Manager, you'll orchestrate how enterprise security leaders discover, engage with and trust MIND-turning field moments into pipeline and revenue at scale.

Your Mission

Establish field marketing strategy aligned to pipeline goals; map target accounts and regional priorities with Sales leadership

2

Develop and launch 2-3 high-impact field programs (events, roundtables, or ABX campaigns) that generate measurable pipeline contribution

3

Translate 'Stress-Free DLP' and 'DLP at AI Speed' positioning into field-ready messaging and sales enablement assets

4

Build feedback loops with regional sales teams to validate messaging resonance and identify messaging gaps

By 6 Months
1

Own national field marketing roadmap; execute 4-6 integrated programs across regions with clear pipeline attribution

2

Drive 25%+ of attributed pipeline through field marketing initiatives; establish baseline performance metrics across all programs

3

Scale 2-3 repeatable field motions across regions; build playbooks and frameworks that reduce execution lift

4

Elevate MIND presence at 3-4 industry conferences; curate executive roundtables that deepen relationships with key accounts
