The Challenge
Mercor connects elite talent with leading AI research labs (backed by Benchmark, Peter Thiel, Jack Dorsey). You'll evaluate and refine marketing strategies for a high-growth startup working with world-class creative agencies.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing strategies from top agencies (Ogilvy, Dentsu, Saatchi & Saatchi) and identify 3-5 optimization opportunities
Develop 2-3 innovative campaign concepts tailored to AI research lab audience and Mercor's positioning
Create brand standards documentation and implement review process for all marketing materials across London/NY teams
Deliver initial campaign recommendations with projected impact metrics to leadership
Launch 2-3 refined campaigns and track performance against baseline metrics (CTR, conversion, brand lift)
Build repeatable marketing evaluation framework that can be applied to future agency partnerships
Establish quarterly strategy review cycle with London HQ and NY teams to optimize ongoing campaigns
Document best practices and create playbook for campaign effectiveness evaluation

Measure improvement in CTR, conversion rate, and brand metrics pre/post optimization.
Strategy Recommendations Implemented
Track number of marketing strategies evaluated and actionable recommendations delivered to stakeholders.
Time-to-Delivery on Tight Deadlines
Measure ability to deliver quality work within compressed timelines during 2-week sprint.
Stakeholder Alignment Score
Feedback from London HQ and NY teams on strategy quality and brand standard compliance.

- You can't commit to intense 2-week sprints followed by cool-down periods
- You lack undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or related field
