The Challenge

Matera is scaling its digital presence in proptech—a niche but explosive market. You'll own SEO and paid acquisition channels reporting directly to the Traffic Manager, driving qualified leads for a 290-person SaaS platform bridging residential and commercial real estate.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Execute onboarding in proptech domain and establish 5+ qualified backlink partnerships for SEO

Audit and re-optimize 10+ underperforming SEO articles with improved keyword targeting and internal linking

Launch and monitor 3 A/B tests on landing pages to identify conversion bottlenecks

4

Build weekly performance reporting dashboard tracking SEO, SEA, and conversion metrics

By 6 Months

Grow organic traffic by 25-30% through link-building program and content optimization

Reduce SEA cost-per-lead by 15% via bidding strategy refinement and landing page conversion wins

Publish 12 high-quality pieces of content integrated into Webflow, each seeding backlinks with partners

Establish data-driven optimization cadence with weekly wins documented and team-wide recommendations

The Package

Salary

€1,200–€1,500/month

Remote

On-site in Paris 02, occasional remote (negotiable with manager). Schedule: 3 weeks on-site / 1 week school OR 4 days / 1 day.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're in Master 1/2 at a business school (or equivalent) and want real acquisition experience in a growth-stage SaaS.
  • You have prior SEO or SEA internship/alternance experience and can hit the ground running on technical optimization.
  • You're fluent in English, ideally German too—proptech is international and you'll work with cross-border partners.
  • You're a self-starter who enjoys both data analysis and content writing; you don't need hand-holding but value structured feedback.
Won't Work If
  • You want a pure creative content role—this is 60% data-driven optimization, 40% content creation.
  • You're uncomfortable with weekly performance reporting and iterative testing (you'll own conversion tracking).
  • You need full-time flexibility; alternance rhythm (3/1 or 4/1) and Paris on-site presence are non-negotiable.
