Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've scaled revenue from existing customer bases at B2B fintech, SaaS, or payments companies using data-driven segmentation

  • You're comfortable collaborating across product, data science, sales, and regional teams to drive alignment and execution
  • You have 10+ years in client growth, growth marketing, or customer success leadership at enterprise/mid-market companies
  • You love architecting go-to-market strategies and translating them into repeatable playbooks across geographies
Won't Work If
  • You prefer individual execution over building frameworks and enabling teams-this role is about scale, not doing it yourself
  • You lack data literacy or experience working with SQL, analytics platforms, and measurement frameworks

  • You need complete remote flexibility-this is on-site in New York full-time
