The Challenge
Manty is modernizing government with tech solutions as part of the Relyens group. You'll build marketing strategy that bridges public administration and innovation—real impact, not corporate theatre.
Your Mission
Master Manty's product suite, CRM fundamentals, and internal marketing playbook alongside your manager
Produce 4-6 publishable content pieces (blog posts, case studies) targeting public sector decision-makers
Own the editorial calendar structure and propose content themes aligned with sales priorities
Set up and maintain CRM data quality protocols to support lead tracking across campaigns
Drive 2+ email campaigns monthly with measurable engagement metrics supporting sales pipeline
Lead end-to-end execution of content strategy covering minimum 3 channels (web, email, social, press)
Reduce CRM data quality issues by 40% through documented processes and team training
Articulate and present a cohesive digital marketing strategy blueprint to leadership and commercial team

Content Output & Engagement
Track pieces published monthly, organic reach, and click-through rates on owned channels
Email Campaign Performance
Monitor open rates, CTR, and lead-to-sales handoff quality for each campaign
CRM Data Health
Measure completeness, accuracy, and hygiene scores; track sales team adoption of processes
Pipeline Influence
Attribution of qualified leads sourced via marketing campaigns; conversion to opportunities
