The Challenge
Listen Labs is scaling from $14M to $100M+ ARR with a viral AI research platform trusted by Google, Microsoft, and P&G. You'll own the entire acquisition engine-paid, organic, partnerships-and build the growth playbook from scratch alongside a world-class founding team.
Your Mission
Audit existing acquisition channels, establish baseline metrics, and identify top 3 quick-win experiments to test within first 30 days
Set up attribution, analytics dashboards, and reporting infrastructure across paid social, search, and organic channels
Launch and optimize 2-3 paid acquisition campaigns (search + social) with defined CAC and ROAS targets
Map customer journey, define ICP segments, and align messaging/creative strategy with Sales on pipeline goals
Scale top-performing acquisition channels to 3-5x current volume while maintaining CAC and unit economics
Build and systematize experimentation program-run 12+ structured tests with clear winner/loser decisions
Launch SEO/AEO and partnership initiatives contributing 20%+ of qualified pipeline
Establish playbooks and SOPs for paid campaigns, attribution, and cross-functional handoffs with Sales/CS/Product
KPIs You'll Own
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Track blended CAC across all channels against LTV to ensure unit economics remain positive as you scale
Pipeline Generated
Monthly qualified opportunities created by acquisition efforts vs. Sales quota and company growth targets
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Revenue generated per dollar spent on paid campaigns-target varies by channel but discipline is non-negotiable
Conversion Rate (MQL→SQL→Closed)
Track conversion funnels across campaigns and segments to identify creative/messaging wins and optimize handoff to Sales
Channel Mix & Contribution
Monthly breakdown of pipeline/revenue by source (paid social, search, SEO, partnerships, organic) to inform budget allocation
