The Challenge
listabid is looking for a growth leader who can architect a predictable, data-driven growth engine from scratch. You'll own the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition through monetization—and build the systems and team to scale it.
Your Mission
Map current acquisition channels and identify top 2-3 to double down on; establish baseline CAC, LTV, and payback period metrics
Design and implement a testing framework and weekly reporting cadence so the team moves on data, not hunches
Audit and implement core growth stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) to replace manual workflows
Partner with product on onboarding and activation improvements; target 15-20% uplift in new user activation
Scale top acquisition channel by 50%+ while maintaining or improving unit economics
Build and onboard a core growth team (at least 1-2 hires); establish clear KPIs and OKRs
Develop a retention/lifecycle program to improve month-over-month churn by 10%+
Model revenue scenarios and create a 12-month growth forecast tied to budget, headcount, and channel mix
KPIs You'll Own
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Track fully-loaded cost to acquire a paying customer across all channels.
LTV (Lifetime Value)
Monitor average revenue per customer over their lifetime to validate unit economics.
Payback Period
Measure how many months it takes to recoup CAC; target under 6-12 months depending on model.
Funnel Conversion Rates
Track % conversion at each stage (awareness → activation → retention → monetization).
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) or Pipeline
Direct measure of revenue impact and growth engine health.

Company Intelligence
listabid is a growth-stage company building a platform (likely in auctions, bidding, or marketplaces based on the name). They're looking to scale predictably and need someone to architect the growth engine that gets them there.
Culture
Founder-led, fast-moving, data-driven, and operations-focused; high ownership expected.
Is This Role For You?
- You've scaled growth from $0-$5M+ ARR and owned the full funnel (not just one channel or metric)
- You think in systems and processes—you love building infrastructure, testing frameworks, and dashboards
- You're equally comfortable analyzing a cohort analysis as you are pitching a board on growth strategy
- You move fast, iterate faster, and don't wait for perfect data to make decisions
- You're a brand marketer or creative specialist who shies away from operations and data
- You need a fully built team and mature infrastructure—this is a build-from-scratch role
- You're uncomfortable with on-site work or prefer remote flexibility
