The Challenge
LesPepites is becoming the reference agency for GEO expertise in France, growing 40% annually with a killer portfolio (luxury, retail, finance, scale-ups). You'll define and pilot high-impact SEO/GEO strategies while the team scales 80%+ YoY—meaning you'll shape how the agency evolves on next-gen search.
Your Mission
Complete 3-4 full SEO/GEO audits (technical, semantic, authority) and deliver actionable roadmaps for key clients
Partner with dev, content, and paid teams to launch your first strategic initiative with measurable results
Establish weekly client cadence: calls, reporting, recommendations—build trust and demonstrate impact
Run a competitive analysis and AI/conversational search opportunity assessment for your portfolio
Deliver 6+ completed SEO/GEO strategies with documented 20%+ organic traffic or lead lift across clients
Own end-to-end account management for 2-3 major clients with quarterly strategic business reviews
Mentor 1-2 junior team members as the SEO/GEO team scales; codify processes and playbooks
Identify and test 2-3 emerging search levers (AI, SGE, new ranking factors) and present findings to leadership

Organic Traffic Lift
Track month-over-month and YoY organic traffic growth for each client portfolio.
Lead/Conversion Attribution
Measure qualified leads or conversions driven by SEO/GEO initiatives, tied to client business KPIs.
Client Satisfaction & Retention
Net Promoter Score or quarterly business review sentiment from your direct clients.
Keyword Ranking Progress
Positions gained for target keywords; track visibility in top 10 and top 3 clusters.
Project Delivery On-Time
% of audits, roadmaps, and initiatives completed on schedule and within scope.
