The Challenge
Les Raffineurs is a 40-person fashion & lifestyle e-commerce brand hunting for someone to own three critical acquisition channels: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and CRM automation. You'll report directly to the Acquisition & CRM manager and drive qualified traffic and customer acquisition across web and retail boutiques.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 4+ Facebook Ad campaigns with copywriting and creative briefs, targeting a 20%+ improvement in ROAS
Set up and manage Google Ads PMax campaigns, identifying underexploited products and refining search terms for better SERP performance
Build and deploy 2+ email automation workflows in Klaviyo, establishing baseline open and click-through rates
Establish weekly performance reporting cadence tracking CAC, ROAS, and email engagement metrics across all three channels
Scale Facebook and Google Ads to consistent 3.0x+ ROAS, managing full campaign lifecycle from brief to analysis
Own email marketing roadmap execution; benchmark against fashion/lifestyle peers and implement 3+ performance improvements
Identify and activate 10+ high-potential underexploited products on Google Ads, driving incremental revenue
Build test-and-learn framework across all channels with documented learnings; present quarterly optimization strategy to leadership

Facebook Ads and Google Ads efficiency; target 3.0x+ by month 6
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Track cost per new customer across Facebook, Google, and email; benchmark against industry 15-20% monthly improvement
Email Open Rate & Click-Through Rate
Monitor Klaviyo automation performance; fashion benchmarks ~20-25% open, 2-4% CTR
Qualified Traffic
Web traffic volume and quality from paid channels, tied to conversion rate uplift
