Lo que harás
You will own Lectella's Instagram presence and Meta Ads end-to-end. You will define the visual identity, ship the creative, run the campaigns, read the numbers, and protect the quality of who registers. You will report directly to the founder.
This is a hybrid role. You are not a Social Media Manager, not a pure media buyer, and not a content creator. You are an operator who treats brand and performance as one system.
What you will do
- Build and own the Lectella Instagram account — visual identity, voice, cadence.
- Run Meta Ads end-to-end: campaign structure, audiences, bidding, creative testing.
- Produce Reels, statics, and short-form video — in-house and with AI tools.
- Own CTR, CPC, CAC, registration conversion, and paid male conversion.
- Monitor audience quality and the women/men ratio; protect the community.
- Deliver a weekly written report to the founder — numbers and qualitative read.
- From month 3: prepare the TikTok plan, influencer strategy, and the Manhattan growth playbook.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience — you have run campaigns, not briefed agencies.
- Deep Instagram fluency for premium consumer brands.
- Strong performance marketing fundamentals: CAC, CTR, conversion, attribution.
- Genuine visual taste — your portfolio looks premium, not generic.
- Comfort producing content with AI tools.
- Strong written English.
- Operator mindset — you ship, measure, iterate, and own outcomes without daily direction.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with consumer lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, or premium D2C.
- Experience with female-audience products or female acquisition.
- Awareness of social discovery or community products.
- Russian language.
Compensation
- Base: USD 5,000 per month.
- 90-day KPI bonus: up to USD 1,500, paid against the four Primary 90-day KPIs at day 90.
- Equity: optional, discussed with strong candidates.
Location
Remote. Strong preference for time-zone overlap with New York (Latin America, Eastern Europe, or US East Coast).
