Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've executed 15+ events annually and love the operational grind of logistics, vendor management, and on-the-ground execution
  • You're comfortable owning budgets solo and can defend spend decisions to leadership with data and ROI
  • You thrive in CPG/food or retail environments where trade shows and distributor relationships matter
  • You're equally comfortable with creative (swag, branded materials) and analytical (lead tracking, ROI) work
Won't Work If
  • You want primarily remote or hybrid work-this is fully on-site in California with 3-5 events per year requiring 2-3 day travel
  • You prefer strategic planning over tactical execution; this role is heavily operational (registration, vendor wrangling, inventory)
  • You need equity or significant upside; this is a straight salary + bonus manager role at a large public company
