The Challenge

Joon Loloi is the e-commerce arm of an iconic home furnishings brand, and they're building out their performance marketing engine from the ground up. You'll own the full-funnel paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms-directly driving customer growth and marketing efficiency.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and baseline current performance across all paid channels; identify 3-5 high-impact optimization opportunities

Establish clear budget allocation framework and bidding strategy across Paid Social, Search, Shopping, and Display

3

Collaborate with Creative team to launch 2-3 high-performing creative tests per channel with documented learnings

4

Set up dashboards and reporting infrastructure to track ROAS, CAC, and incrementality across channels

By 6 Months
1

Scale profitable channels by 30-40% while maintaining or improving ROAS targets

Develop and execute full-funnel prospecting, consideration, and retention audience strategies

3

Lead SEO audit and implement top 10 technical/on-page recommendations; improve organic visibility for key categories

4

Build repeatable playbook for creative testing, feed optimization, and cross-channel collaboration that the team can execute independently

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Track revenue generated per dollar spent across paid channels; target channel-specific benchmarks.

CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

Monitor cost to acquire a new customer; optimize for sustainable unit economics.

Paid Media Revenue

Total revenue attributed to paid channels; directly measures growth engine performance.

Incrementality & Attribution

Measure true incremental impact of campaigns beyond last-click; inform budget allocation.

Conversion Rate by Channel

Track funnel efficiency; identify underperforming channels and creative gaps.

  • You've managed $500K+ budgets across multiple paid channels and can defend your allocation logic with data
  • You're equally comfortable deep-diving into creative performance and troubleshooting a bidding strategy
  • You've scaled a channel from zero and know the playbook-audience building, testing cadence, incrementality measurement
  • You work well cross-functionally and can translate between Creative, Analytics, and Ecommerce teams without friction
  • You're scrappy, detail-oriented, and excited by the intersection of data and creative testing
Won't Work If
  • You treat paid marketing as a black box and rely entirely on agencies or external partners to optimize
  • You're not comfortable with ambiguity; this role requires building systems from the ground up
  • You can't commit to on-site work in Dallas or aren't willing to build real relationships with teams face-to-face
