- Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring digital experiences remain clear, useful, and personalized throughout the journey.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience owning or significantly contributing to a full demand or growth funnel rather than specializing in only one marketing channel.

- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, landing-page performance, forms, booking flows, and funnel mechanics.

- Ability to analyze marketing and funnel data, identify trends, explain findings, and adjust strategy based on measurable results.

- Strong copywriting, email marketing, and digital communication skills, with an understanding of how messaging influences conversion.

- Comfortable working directly with technical marketing systems and troubleshooting workflows, integrations, and digital experiences.

- Ability to prioritize effectively, launch practical first versions quickly, and use testing and iteration to improve results.

- Comfortable using AI as a productivity, research, and learning tool while applying sound judgment and maintaining authentic communication.

- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.

- A customer-first mindset and genuine interest in creating experiences that are clear, helpful, and personal.

- Experience with a two-sided marketplace, subscription or app-based business, household services, or similar environment is a plus.

- Familiarity with paid media, sales, content, and SEO is advantageous.

- Professional growth: Exposure to growth strategy, lifecycle marketing, CRM, CRO, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
