Accountabilities:
Build, maintain, and optimize responsive marketing websites, landing pages, campaign experiences, microsites, and related digital properties.
Translate high-fidelity designs from Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud into polished, accessible, semantic, and responsive web experiences.
Develop reusable front-end components, templates, and design patterns that improve consistency, scalability, and deployment speed.
Configure and maintain WordPress environments, including custom themes, templates, plugins, CMS architecture, content workflows, PHP/MySQL, and security updates.
Manage codebases through GitHub, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, deployments, and technical documentation.
Use modern front-end frameworks such as Astro and component-based styling approaches to deliver performant digital experiences.
Troubleshoot, debug, refactor, and optimize existing or inherited codebases while maintaining reliability, accessibility, SEO, and performance.
Support website deployments across development, staging, and production environments and help ensure stable post-launch experiences.
Implement and maintain marketing measurement workflows, including analytics tagging, tracking pixels, and related digital marketing integrations.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, optimization, and experimentation.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, communications, product, analytics, engineering, IT, security, hosting partners, and external agencies to deliver effective digital solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve development processes, website performance, accessibility, SEO, security, and the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of hands-on web development experience, ideally within a marketing, creative, agency, corporate communications, brand, or technology environment.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript, responsive design, semantic web development, and component-based workflows.
Proven experience developing and managing WordPress websites, including custom themes, templates, plugins, PHP, MySQL, and CMS workflows.
Hands-on experience with Astro or a comparable modern static or hybrid front-end framework.
Strong knowledge of CSS technologies and methodologies such as Tailwind CSS, Sass, CSS Grid, and Flexbox.
Experience with GitHub version control, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and multi-environment deployment processes.
Solid understanding of web performance optimization, technical SEO, accessibility standards, security, and digital marketing site architecture.
Experience translating visual designs into accurate, functional, and user-friendly web experiences.
Familiarity with website analytics, tracking pixels, tagging, and marketing measurement workflows.
Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools such as OpenAI, Gemini, or GitHub Copilot to improve development speed and code quality.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with the resourcefulness to work through unfamiliar or inherited codebases.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accessibility, performance, security, visual quality, and user experience.
A portfolio, GitHub profile, or relevant examples of live websites, landing pages, front-end builds, or case studies is required.
Experience in automotive, marketplace, B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environments is an advantage.
Additional experience with site reliability, cloud hosting, web security, advanced analytics, or platforms such as AWS, Cloudflare, WP Engine, Netlify, or Vercel is a plus.

Annual salary of $100,000-$125,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
