Accountabilities:
In this role, you will act as a strategic technical advisor, bridging business needs with marketing technology solutions to drive customer transformation and adoption.
Partner with enterprise customers to identify business challenges and define innovative, scalable digital marketing solutions
Design and present end-to-end Marketing Cloud solutions, including customer journey architectures and multi-channel engagement strategies
Deliver compelling executive-level product demonstrations and rapid prototypes to showcase solution value
Support clients in evaluating technology options and building consensus around long-term digital marketing and IT roadmaps
Collaborate with sales, product, and professional services teams to ensure aligned solution design and successful customer outcomes
Translate complex marketing and business requirements into structured technical solutions and actionable recommendations
Contribute to opportunity development by identifying new use cases and expansion possibilities within strategic accounts
Guide customers through decision-making frameworks, governance models, and digital transformation best practices
Requirements: This role requires a strong combination of pre-sales consulting expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and technical storytelling skills, along with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
3+ years of experience in pre-sales consulting, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical roles in digital or marketing technology
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and customer engagement technologies (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or equivalent tools)
Proven ability to design and present complex digital solutions to executive and C-level stakeholders
Experience in translating business problems into structured technical and strategic solutions
Strong knowledge of customer journey design, user behavior, and digital marketing strategy principles
Ability to build prototypes, deliver live demos, and communicate value through storytelling and visualization
Experience working across cross-functional teams in fast-paced, enterprise environments
Excellent communication skills in both French and English
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and comfort managing multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel up to 30% as required
