Accountabilities:
Own and develop end-to-end multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to childcare client objectives and growth goals.
Lead client-facing strategic discussions, providing guidance, clarity, and direction on campaign planning and business growth initiatives.
Define KPIs, success metrics, and optimization frameworks to ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI.
Oversee campaign performance and budget allocation, making data-informed adjustments to improve results continuously.
Collaborate with internal teams including coordinators, designers, and performance specialists to execute strategic plans effectively.
Translate data, insights, and performance metrics into actionable recommendations and client-ready strategic narratives.
Drive innovation in campaign development by incorporating industry trends, testing new approaches, and refining strategic direction.
Ensure consistent alignment between client expectations, campaign execution, and performance outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing strategy, ideally within a multi-client or agency environment.
Strong background in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
Experience working with marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and translating data into actionable insights.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage and optimize campaign budgets based on ROI performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading client-facing discussions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and ownership.
Proficiency with modern marketing tools and Google Workspace applications.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
