Accountabilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for GTM teams on asset requests, prioritizing based on business impact and pipeline needs
Build and maintain a comprehensive library of sales materials such as decks, datasheets, proposals, and client presentations
Customize and tailor materials for specific client opportunities while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
Identify gaps in enablement assets and collaborate with marketing leadership to address missing or outdated content
Manage brand asset libraries, ensuring proper organization, version control, and adherence to brand standards
Support NetSuite alliance and partner marketing activities, ensuring compliance and timely execution of deliverables
Coordinate project tracking, timelines, and execution workflows across enablement and marketing initiatives
Support campaign execution, reporting, and administrative marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or marketing operations (SaaS or professional services preferred)
Experience creating and maintaining sales collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposal templates
Strong understanding of brand governance and consistency across marketing assets
Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator), and familiarity with Figma-based systems
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, or Smartsheet
Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail across copy and design
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience in partner or alliance marketing (NetSuite exposure is a plus)
