Accountabilities:
Lead the development and evolution of a multi-year integrated marketing and brand strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Own affiliate program strategy and expansion, ensuring scalable partner-driven growth.
Partner closely with executive leadership to shape marketing direction and support organizational priorities.
Design and implement cross-channel marketing plans spanning digital, social, advertising, PR, communications, and promotional initiatives.
Conduct ongoing market research, competitive benchmarking, and consumer insight analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools, messaging, and campaigns that support revenue generation and customer acquisition.
Identify and evaluate new product and market opportunities aligned with brand strategy and consumer trends.
Manage and optimize multi-year marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI-driven decision-making.
Oversee performance measurement and continuously refine marketing initiatives based on data and insights.
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive marketing experience with senior leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience scaling marketing strategies in growth-stage or evolving organizations.
Strong expertise in strategic marketing, market planning, and integrated campaign development.
Demonstrated ability in market research, competitive analysis, and insight-driven decision-making.
Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to align marketing and revenue objectives.
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience in consumer health, pet care, veterinary, or adjacent industries is a strong plus.
Proven track record of budget management, ROI analysis, and performance optimization.
