Growth & Marketing Associate

Accountabilities:

You will support day-to-day growth and marketing execution across inbound and outbound initiatives, contributing to lead generation and campaign performance in a structured, remote environment:

• Assist in executing inbound marketing activities, including content creation, social media posting, and basic SEO support

• Support outbound prospecting efforts by building lead lists, assisting with outreach sequences, and managing follow-ups

• Contribute to content distribution across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other digital channels

• Track campaign performance metrics and help prepare regular reporting on results and insights

• Participate in growth experiments and go-to-market initiatives alongside the broader marketing team

Requirements: This role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional eager to build foundational experience in growth marketing, outbound sales support, and digital campaigns:

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, sales development, growth, or related fields

• Strong interest in inbound, outbound, and content-driven acquisition strategies

• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or strong willingness to learn quickly

• Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
