Accountabilities:

As a Growth Marketing Analyst - CRM & Automation (B2B), you will own the development and execution of CRM initiatives that support customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth. You will combine analytical thinking, marketing automation expertise, and creative execution to deliver effective lifecycle programs and improve campaign performance.

  • Own the B2B CRM campaign calendar, including campaign ideation, prioritization, planning, execution, and optimization.

  • Design and manage automated lifecycle programs across awareness, consideration, conversion, and lead nurturing stages.

  • Build and maintain lead scoring frameworks, audience segmentation strategies, and customer lifecycle definitions.

  • Create end-to-end CRM communications, including messaging strategy, email copywriting, template creation, campaign setup, execution, and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and other stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.

  • Plan and coordinate webinars and partnership initiatives as part of broader demand generation strategies.

  • Develop marketing assets such as landing pages, email templates, and campaign materials.

  • Monitor CRM performance metrics, create reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Experiment with new approaches, AI tools, automation opportunities, and testing frameworks to improve efficiency and customer experience.

  • Maintain project documentation and share campaign insights and learnings with internal stakeholders.

Requirements: The ideal candidate is a proactive marketing professional with strong CRM, automation, and lifecycle marketing experience in B2B environments. You should be comfortable managing projects independently, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

  • Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation within a B2B environment.

  • Strong hands-on experience with RD Station is required; knowledge of Pipedrive is a plus.

  • Proven experience designing lifecycle programs, automation workflows, lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, and demand generation initiatives.

  • Experience creating and managing landing pages, email templates, and other digital marketing assets.

  • Experience managing webinar programs, including planning, promotion, execution, stakeholder coordination, and post-event analysis.

  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Commercial, and Product Marketing teams.

  • Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience with Google Analytics and data-driven reporting.

  • Strong email copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create effective customer-facing content within brand guidelines.

  • Fluent English skills and comfort collaborating with international teams.

  • Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage initiatives from strategy through execution.

  • Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve productivity, creativity, and marketing outcomes.
