Accountabilities:

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for fleet and professional driver segments across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.

  • Develop and adapt annual marketing plans, segmentation strategies, and activation toolkits based on customer insights and performance data.

  • Serve as the voice of fleet and pro driver customers, ensuring marketing programs reflect their needs and drive meaningful engagement.

  • Partner closely with sales teams to execute and promote branded programs, offers, and value propositions across customer segments.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including content adaptation, asset development, and coordination of digital and in-person activations.

  • Monitor performance metrics for marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

  • Lead relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment of marketing activities.

  • Support event planning, field activations, and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and messaging.

  • Contribute to budgeting, planning, and process optimization efforts within the broader marketing organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, partner management, or customer-focused commercial roles in a matrixed organization.

  • Strong expertise in customer segmentation, campaign management, and value proposition development.

  • Proven ability to translate data, insights, and performance metrics into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams in complex environments.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and performance optimization.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, channel management, and customer journey mapping.

  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and drive continuous process improvement.
