Accountabilities:
Develop and coordinate omnichannel communication plans, ensuring consistency across digital channels, content, public relations, events, and brand activations.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, customer engagement, and revenue generation goals.
Coordinate internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Identify and implement innovative opportunities to amplify brand visibility and strengthen market positioning.
Structure and manage co-marketing programs with strategic technology partners, maximizing joint value creation and pipeline generation.
Serve as the marketing focal point for franchise and partner programs, supporting brand governance, engagement strategies, and incentive initiatives.
Create campaigns, materials, and programs that accelerate sales performance and ecosystem growth.
Lead the planning and execution of national and international events, including proprietary and third-party industry events.
Design high-impact activations focused on executive engagement, relationship building, and business opportunity generation.
Monitor campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and continuously optimize marketing initiatives.
Manage complex cross-functional projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, communications, and partnership teams on go-to-market strategies and value proposition development.
Support internal communication initiatives to promote strategic marketing plans, launches, and company-wide alignment.
Requirements:
Solid experience in B2B Marketing, preferably within technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or related industries.
Proven track record in planning, producing, and leading corporate events focused on executive engagement and pipeline generation.
Experience managing strategic alliances and co-marketing initiatives with major technology partners.
Strong background in go-to-market planning, integrated campaigns, and cross-functional project management.
Familiarity with franchise networks, channel partner ecosystems, or indirect sales models.
Strong business orientation with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to revenue growth, ROI, and business outcomes.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities and strong delivery focus.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple organizational levels.
Advanced storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
High level of autonomy, adaptability, resilience, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Nice to have: experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or RD Station.
Nice to have: experience in franchise-focused marketing strategies and operations.
