Accountabilities:
Support the development and execution of eCommerce growth initiatives across key retailer and marketplace channels.
Manage day-to-day activities with assigned retail partners, coordinating product content updates, promotions, launches, and issue resolution.
Optimize product descriptions, imagery, search visibility, and digital merchandising to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
Help plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal programs, and retailer-specific marketing initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Brand teams.
Monitor eCommerce channel performance and analyze relevant metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations that can strengthen digital sales and overall business results.
Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Brand, and eCommerce teams as well as agencies and external retail partners to ensure initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the ongoing development of eCommerce capabilities, processes, and best practices as the digital business evolves.
Contribute to additional marketing, eCommerce, and commercial initiatives or special projects as business needs arise.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail marketing, brand marketing, sales support, or a related discipline.
Experience working with retailer portals, eCommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, product content management systems, or related technologies is preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external partners.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional and remote/hybrid environment.
Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and ownership when approaching new challenges and evolving priorities.
Customer-focused approach and ability to understand digital shopper needs and translate insights into effective eCommerce initiatives.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% for customer events, trade shows, job sites, and other business activities.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and meet the physical requirements associated with occasional customer and job-site environments, including standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
