Accountabilities:
Define and lead the overall growth marketing strategy, including segmentation, channel mix, campaign architecture, and pipeline targets in partnership with senior leadership and Sales.
Build and scale multi-channel demand generation programs such as ABM, paid media, content syndication, email nurture, webinars, and lifecycle marketing aligned to complex B2B buying journeys.
Develop and implement scalable marketing infrastructure, including tools, workflows, and processes, while introducing AI-enabled capabilities to improve productivity and campaign performance.
Establish and manage performance measurement frameworks, including pipeline contribution, CAC efficiency, conversion rates, and channel ROI, supported by actionable dashboards and reporting cadences.
Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to optimize lead management, scoring models, routing logic, and CRM integration to ensure seamless handoffs and revenue alignment.
Own event and field marketing strategy, including customer conferences and industry events, ensuring alignment with pipeline generation and brand positioning goals.
Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team while managing agency relationships, budgets, and cross-functional execution priorities.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep expertise in demand generation or growth marketing leadership roles.
Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation engines from the ground up, including programs, infrastructure, and team structures.
Experience managing and developing marketing teams of 5+ people, with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
Strong background in account-based marketing and complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles with long deal timelines.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience collaborating across Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align GTM strategy and execution.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and a mindset oriented toward experimentation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Annual base salary range: $150,000, $172,500 USD, plus performance-based bonus eligibility
