Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a creator-first acquisition ecosystem that drives performance outcomes across financial services categories:
Designing and executing a scalable creator sourcing strategy across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and emerging channels
Building and managing a structured pipeline of creators aligned with personal finance, lifestyle, and consumer decision-making audiences
Recruiting, onboarding, and activating high-quality creators capable of driving trust, engagement, and conversions in complex financial journeys
Expanding and diversifying the creator and influencer ecosystem across multiple financial verticals
Partnering with internal category marketing teams to align creators with campaigns in insurance, credit cards, banking, loans, and debt solutions
Transitioning activated creators to execution teams responsible for campaign optimization and performance scaling
Monitoring creator economy trends, platform shifts, and new monetization models to inform acquisition strategy
Evaluating creator performance using engagement, audience quality, and conversion metrics to refine partnership strategy
Requirements To succeed in this role, you will bring deep experience in creator marketing, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to build scalable influencer ecosystems:
10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social growth, or related digital marketing roles
Proven track record of building, scaling, or leading a creator or influencer ecosystem
Strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate models, and creator-driven acquisition strategies
Ability to identify creators who can influence trust-based, high-consideration consumer decisions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing, growth, or product teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate creator performance and optimize sourcing strategies
Familiarity with fintech, personal finance, or regulated industries is a strong plus
Strategic mindset with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
Benefits
Annual base salary range: $145,000, $175,000 USD, based on experience and location
Eligibility for performance-based bonus or commission
Equity participation in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
