Accountabilities:
Lead the transformation of marketing operations into an AI-enabled, workflow-driven organization while ensuring practical execution across teams and systems. Responsibilities include:
Defining the future operating model for marketing, including evolving roles, skills, workflows, and organizational design in an AI-native context
Translating transformation strategy into clear narratives, roadmaps, and executive-level communication materials for leadership alignment
Partnering with senior marketing leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure execution consistency across teams
Designing and managing human-AI workflows, including defining automation boundaries, human-in-the-loop processes, and handoffs
Owning AI operations across marketing systems, including agent performance, workflow reliability, output quality, and cost efficiency
Establishing governance frameworks for AI usage, including approval structures, model usage standards, and decision rights
Building evaluation systems, feedback loops, and performance metrics to continuously improve AI-driven marketing outputs
Leading rollout and adoption of AI-enabled workflows, ensuring successful change management and sustained organizational adoption
Prioritizing feature development and shaping the AI product roadmap in collaboration with technical teams
Measuring and reporting transformation impact, including adoption rates, workflow efficiency, and business outcomes
Requirements: This role requires deep experience at the intersection of marketing transformation, strategy, and AI-enabled operating models, with strong ability to bridge executive vision and operational execution. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder who understands marketing systems and modern AI capabilities.
15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, marketing operations, or transformation leadership roles
Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational or functional transformation with measurable outcomes
Strong understanding of marketing functions including demand generation, content creation, campaign execution, and performance measurement
Hands-on experience driving change management, including stakeholder alignment, adoption, and behavioral change across teams
Strong technical fluency with AI, agentic systems, and workflow automation tools, with ability to engage in system-level discussions
Product thinking mindset with ability to identify priorities, define requirements, and shape development roadmaps
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with ability to influence senior executives and operational teams
Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a builder-operator approach
Strong analytical and governance skills, including performance tracking, reporting, and operational control frameworks
Preferred background in consulting, B2B technology, or marketing/AI transformation initiatives
