Accountabilities:
Lead the transformation of lifecycle and CRM communications across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, shifting tone from transactional to human-centered and value-driven.
Define and evolve the brand voice across organic and lifecycle channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and emotional resonance.
Collaborate with product, design, growth, and insights teams to translate user behavior and data into compelling, empathetic messaging strategies.
Develop creative frameworks and messaging systems that improve engagement, trust, and long-term customer retention.
Own copy development for customer journeys, feature launches, and ongoing communications across lifecycle stages.
Expand scope into broader organic growth channels, including social media and community-driven platforms, as brand voice matures.
Use qualitative insights, customer pain points, and behavioral data to shape narratives that strengthen brand affinity and customer relationships.
Contribute to strategy discussions on how storytelling and copy can drive measurable business and growth outcomes.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in creative marketing, copywriting, or lifecycle/organic growth roles within consumer-focused brands.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in copywriting, tone development, and customer-facing messaging across multiple channels.
Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email, SMS, and organic content strategy.
Ability to translate complex or emotionally sensitive topics into clear, engaging, and human-centered messaging.
Strong understanding of audience development, community dynamics, and modern social platforms.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with cross-functional collaboration.
First-principles thinker with strong qualitative reasoning and customer empathy.
Comfortable influencing analytical or data-driven stakeholders while advocating for brand and creative excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
