Accountabilities:
Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition metrics, and core KPIs for a dedicated business line.
Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the customer journey, from acquisition to retention and conversion.
Develop and execute quarterly growth strategies aligned with broader organizational objectives.
Lead cross-functional execution by aligning teams across marketing, retail, partnerships, creative, CRM, and performance functions.
Drive data-informed decision-making by analyzing funnel performance, identifying bottlenecks, and translating insights into action.
Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, launches, experiments, and strategic growth initiatives.
Improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, enabling automation, and scaling repeatable processes.
Remove execution blockers and ensure accountability across all stakeholders involved in growth delivery.
Requirements:
Experience in growth, business operations, strategy, marketing, product marketing, consulting, or startup leadership roles.
Strong understanding of acquisition strategies, conversion optimization, customer journey mapping, and growth frameworks.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions and measure performance.
Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business growth and commercial impact.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus: experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, or technology-driven businesses.
