Accountabilities:
Represent the Growth function within product squads, ensuring alignment between business objectives, product strategies, and marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion.
Identify high-impact channels, audiences, and messaging strategies to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
Bring growth perspectives, including data analysis, experimentation, and acquisition insights, into product discussions and strategic decisions.
Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) through efficient acquisition and retention strategies.
Ensure new customers quickly understand product value by improving onboarding, activation, and engagement journeys.
Design, execute, and measure growth experiments based on clear hypotheses across marketing and product channels.
Plan and run A/B tests and optimization initiatives across organic, paid, CRM, and product channels.
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify opportunities across the conversion funnel and customer journey.
Monitor growth KPIs, translate insights into strategic recommendations, and present findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience developing Growth Marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, or equivalent solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including marketing, product, and business stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with strong focus on measurable results, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience working with digital products, startups, or product-led environments is considered a plus.
Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis is desirable.
Understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and user behavior analysis is an advantage.
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
