The Challenge
Jint is a fast-growing SaaS startup where partnerships generate a third of revenue. You'll own a territory, build a partner network from scratch, and drive growth across France and beyond—reporting directly to the Head of Partnership.
Your Mission
Map and qualify 20+ high-potential partners in your territory; complete first 3 partnership pitches
Onboard and support 2-3 new partner integrations through full setup and training
Establish baseline KPIs: partner pipeline size, conversion rate, revenue per partner
Attend 2+ industry events, generate 15+ qualified partner leads
Build active partner network of 15+ integrated resellers generating measurable revenue
Achieve €XXK in partner-sourced revenue (define with Head of Partnership)
Develop repeatable partner playbook: discovery → pitch → onboarding → support
Gather and implement feedback from 10+ partners; document 3 process improvements

- You don't speak French fluently—this is a hard requirement for partners and team collaboration
- You need flexibility: this is on-site only in Paris with no remote option
- You prefer individual contributor roles with no business development pressure; you'll own revenue targets
