The Challenge

A well-known French recruitment firm is building their growth marketing engine and needs sharp hands on deck. You'll own lead generation campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social—reporting directly on pipeline impact while earning a state-recognized degree.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and optimize 3+ paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email) with clear CAC targets

Build your first monthly reporting dashboard tracking campaign performance, conversion funnels, and ROI metrics

3

Set up and run 2-3 A/B tests on landing pages or ad creative, documenting learnings

4

Audit current digital presence and identify 5+ quick-win optimization opportunities

By 6 Months
1

Establish lead-gen playbooks for 3 core channels with documented best practices and success criteria

Reduce cost-per-lead by 20%+ through continuous optimization and testing cycles

Own HubSpot data hygiene and build automated reporting workflows for the marketing team

4

Present quarterly business review of marketing funnel performance to leadership with actionable insights

Track spend efficiency across SEO, SEM, and social channels to optimize budget allocation.

Conversion Rate by Channel

Measure what % of traffic converts to qualified leads in your CRM by source.

Monthly Lead Volume

Campaign ROI
