InMobi reaches 2B+ people across 150+ countries with a privacy-first ad platform trusted by 30K+ brands. You'll lead the Americas client growth function-owning revenue targets, account expansion, and building a world-class team that turns programmatic expertise into measurable client outcomes.
Your Mission
Assess current team composition, performance, and gaps-establish clear accountability metrics and coaching plans for Q1 revenue delivery
Conduct strategic account reviews with top 15-20 clients across Americas; identify immediate upsell/cross-sell opportunities worth $500K+
Build cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Data teams-define playbook for account expansion and client success
Establish team culture baseline-implement weekly cadence for data-driven performance reviews and proactive client pipeline management
Deliver on regional revenue targets while improving client NRR by 10%+ through systematic account expansion and retention programs
Develop and promote 1-2 emerging leaders within the team; reduce turnover in Client Growth Managers below 15%
Launch quarterly business review (QBR) program with top 30 accounts; document case studies showing measurable ROI from InMobi partnerships
Scale successful upsell motions across the region-replicate winning strategies for Glance AI integration and cross-sell opportunities
