The Challenge
iMin is scaling a global Business IoT platform across POS hardware and Android commercial devices. You'll own the brand positioning and demand generation engine that drives their expansion into new markets, reporting directly to leadership with the chance to build a regional marketing function from the ground up.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing stack and channels; establish baseline metrics (lead volume, quality, CAC, pipeline influence) across all markets
Launch 2-3 high-impact demand gen campaigns (digital + offline events) targeting key verticals and geographies in APAC
Develop and roll out unified brand positioning framework and sales enablement toolkit (case studies, one-pagers, competitive battle cards)
Build relationships with key distributors and partners; map go-to-market strategy for next product launch
Scale qualified lead generation by 40%+ with measurable improvements to CPL and conversion rates; optimize funnel by channel
Execute 3-5 regional trade shows/exhibitions with clear lead capture and ROI targets; build partnership pipeline
Establish content marketing engine producing 2+ case studies, whitepapers, and product content pieces monthly
Hire and onboard 1-2 regional marketing team members; document processes, playbooks, and KPI dashboards

Percentage of total pipeline attributed to marketing campaigns and initiatives, tracked monthly.
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Total marketing spend divided by qualified leads generated; optimize down by channel.
Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion Rate
Percentage of marketing-qualified leads that convert to sales opportunities within 90 days.
Campaign ROI
Revenue generated from campaigns divided by total spend; minimum 3:1 target across digital and events.
Brand Awareness (APAC)
Quarterly surveys measuring aided/unaided brand recall among target buyer personas in key markets.

- You've shipped 5+ B2B demand gen campaigns and can defend your metrics (CPL, conversion, pipeline influence)
- You're comfortable owning strategy but also rolling up your sleeves—writing emails, creating one-pagers, managing vendors
- You have hands-on experience with GTM launches, regional/global campaigns, and APAC expansion (a major plus)
