We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project. The platform is purpose-built for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong focus on institutional adoption.

The team is building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. With deep RWA domain expertise and strong technical execution, the team is developing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and a comprehensive decentralized ecosystem designed to support large-scale, real-world asset adoption.

We are seeking an Ecosystem Marketing Manager & Event Lead to define and execute our ecosystem growth strategy. This role is designed for a strategic operator who understands how to position a Layer 1 network within the broader Web3 landscape, build meaningful partnerships, and use high-impact events as a catalyst for ecosystem expansion, developer adoption, and institutional engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the ecosystem marketing strategy, positioning the network as a core infrastructure layer for RWA, stablecoins, and institutional use cases.

  • Design and lead global ecosystem events, including developer conferences, hackathons, roadshows, demo days, and institutional forums, from strategy to execution.

  • Build and manage relationships with developers, founders, protocols, venture partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive long-term network adoption.

  • Collaborate closely with BD, product, and engineering teams to align ecosystem messaging with protocol capabilities, roadmap milestones, and partner launches.

  • Develop ecosystem narratives, campaign frameworks, and go-to-market strategies that clearly communicate the network’s technical and institutional value proposition.

  • Manage external agencies, community partners, and vendors to ensure high-quality execution across events, sponsorships, and ecosystem initiatives.

  • Track and analyze ecosystem growth metrics (developer engagement, partner activity, event ROI) and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Represent the project at major industry conferences and ecosystem events as a senior ecosystem spokesperson.

Professional Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in ecosystem marketing, community growth, partnerships, or event leadership within Web3, fintech, or high-growth technology environments.

  • Strong understanding of Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems, developer communities, and the dynamics of decentralized networks.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale Web3 events, hackathons, or ecosystem programs with measurable impact.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, BD, and leadership teams.

Highly Valued Skills

  • Existing network across Web3 developers, founders, VC funds, and ecosystem partners.

  • Experience working with institutional-facing blockchain products or RWA-related initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Prior experience scaling early-stage blockchain ecosystems from zero to one.
