Co-Founder (Growth), HumanMetrix
Hiring is broken.
CVs are weak signals.
Interviews are unreliable.
Most companies still make hiring decisions based on intuition.
Meanwhile AI is changing how work gets done.
HumanMetrix is building an AI-driven psychometric platform designed to help organisations understand how people actually think, work, and adapt.
The goal is simple
Give companies better signals about human capability than CVs and interviews ever could.
We’re still early.
MVP is live.
Initial pilots are underway.
Now we’re looking to bring in a co-founder to own growth and go-to-market.
What you'd be responsible for
- Positioning HumanMetrix in the HRTech / AI talent intelligence space
- Building early distribution channels
- Partnerships with HR leaders and organisations
- Founder-led growth experiments
- Developing repeatable acquisition loops
This is ground-floor build work, not just marketing execution.
Who this might suit
Someone who
- Has helped scale a SaaS or B2B product before
- Understands early-stage growth and distribution
- Enjoys building things from zero
- Is comfortable operating without a playbook
Bonus if you're interested in: AI, behavioural science, talent intelligence, or the future of work.
What you get
- Founding-level equity
- Real ownership of growth and distribution
- The chance to build something meaningful in a massive market
If you're interested, feel free to message.
Happy to talk through the vision, product, and roadmap.

About Growth Marketing roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
