, you define the global marketing vision and shape the long-term growth strategy for HM.Clause. Operating in a highly international and fast-evolving environment, you bring clarity, focus, and a strong leadership presence that accelerates commercial performance and strengthens HM.CLAUSE’s competitive position.

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced Global Head of Marketing who can define a clear marketing vision and growth strategy while inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.

This position is located in HM.Clause Headquarter at Portes-lès-Valence.

Job missions

Responsibilities

If you’re ready to take on a new challenge and join the world’s leading vegetable seed group, your key responsibilities as Head of Marketing will include:

  • LVS Marketing Leadership Management Team: Contribute to shaping and executing the LVS marketing strategy as a key member of the LVS Marketing Leadership Management Team, driving alignment and impactful implementation across initiatives. Collaborate on the design of crop strategies, guide internal decision-making, and coordinate implementation across the Business Unit to maximize market performance and growth.
  • Lead Global Marketing strategic execution: Drive global marketing strategy execution by contributing to Business Unit wide planning and ensuring seamless alignment with both global and regional objectives.
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Define and implement comprehensive initiatives covering portfolio management, product lifecycle, crop/geography growth and pricing.
  • Partner for Commercial Success: Work closely with Sales, Supply, and Production & commercial excellence to develop pricing strategies, optimize inventory, and support S&OP processes. Partner with country organizations to drive growth initiatives.
  • Accelerate New Product Introductions: Support growth by ensuring robust launch plans, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment for new product introductions, including sales accountabilities in launching plan.
  • Optimize Marketing Operations: Implement best practices, improve processes, set KPIs, and ensure departmental efficiency for business productivity and profitability.
  • Build and Inspire the Team: Lead, develop, and motivate the marketing team to achieve short- and long-term goals.

Frequent travel across regions (30%) is required to drive business growth and ensure alignment with global teams.

You Bring

  • A strong track record in the seed business, preferably in vegetable seeds
  • Robust marketing expertise, both in strategy and operational execution
  • Proven experience leading and managing international teams
  • Strong people-management experience in complex environments
  • Fluency in English and French
