The Challenge
Blueprint is a unified digital asset portfolio platform in hypergrowth mode-built in-house by Hivemind Digital. You'll own the entire go-to-market machine from sales playbook to customer retention, reporting directly into leadership while shaping product and scaling operations.
Your Mission
Define and operationalize Blueprint's sales playbook with Marketing, Ops, and Legal-get the pitch, process, and qualification criteria locked in place
Land 3-5 initial customer pilots from institutional/crypto-native teams, demonstrating product-market fit and building case studies
Map the entire ecosystem of staking, trading, custody, and data vendors; identify and initiate 5-10 partnership conversations
Establish customer feedback loop-sit in on 20+ product demos, document pain points across trading/staking/ops/finance workflows
Achieve $2M-$5M ARR pipeline with 15-20% conversion rate; close 8-12 enterprise contracts
Build scalable onboarding and customer success operations; implement CRM and revenue ops infrastructure
Expand partnership ecosystem to 3-5 live integrations; demonstrate measurable ecosystem-driven revenue
Transition from founder-mode selling to repeatable sales process; hire and mentor 1-2 AE/BD hires to build team
KPIs You'll Own
ARR & Pipeline Coverage
Target $2M+ ARR by month 6 with 3x pipeline coverage ratio to hit growth targets.
Sales Conversion Rate
Measure qualified prospect-to-customer conversion; aim for 15-20% on initial cohort.
Customer Retention & NRR
Track net retention rate and churn; early-stage target is <5% monthly churn and 110%+ NRR.
Partnership Velocity
Monitor number of live integrations and ecosystem revenue contribution; target 3-5 partners generating 10%+ of inbound.
Sales Cycle Length
Track time from qualified lead to contract; aim to compress from 90+ days to 45-60 by month 6.
