The Challenge
Peak Ace (Heroiks) is a leader in SEO, GEO, and data—looking for a senior SEO strategist to own enterprise client relationships and drive sustainable organic growth strategies. You'll move from execution to strategy, managing high-value portfolios while mentoring teams and closing new business.
Your Mission
Complete comprehensive SEO audits for 3-4 key enterprise clients and present strategic roadmaps with prioritized recommendations
Establish baseline performance metrics across your client portfolio (organic traffic, rankings, conversion lift) and build tracking dashboards
Lead 2-3 pre-sales discovery calls and contribute to proposal development for new client pitches
Onboard into agency tech stack (audit tools, reporting platforms, analytics) and deliver your first client strategy deck
Execute and measure results from SEO strategies across portfolio—target 25-40% organic traffic growth for at least 2 clients
Build and mentor junior SEO team members; deliver monthly knowledge-share sessions on technical SEO, semantic strategy, or link building
Contribute to 5+ new business opportunities as SME; successfully close 1-2 new enterprise accounts
Develop repeatable audit and strategy frameworks that reduce delivery time by 20% while maintaining quality

Track % increase in organic sessions for your managed client portfolio; target 25-40% annually.
Keyword Ranking Improvements
Monitor ranking positions for priority keywords; measure movement in top 3, top 10, and top 20 positions.
Client Retention & NPS
Maintain >90% client retention and track Net Promoter Score to measure satisfaction and upsell readiness.
New Business Pipeline
Measure qualified proposals submitted and close rate; target participation in 5+ pitches per quarter.
Strategy Execution Rate
% of recommended actions implemented by clients within agreed timelines; target 75%+ execution.

- You have 3-6 years of hands-on SEO experience (technical, semantic, link building) in agency or in-house settings

- You enjoy teaching others and translating SEO complexity for non-technical stakeholders (clients, internal teams)

- You lack GEO experience and aren't willing to level up quickly in local search strategy
