Hello Watt owns organic growth in a hyper-competitive energy market. With AI and generative search reshaping discovery, you'll architect their search strategy across Google, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels—turning algorithmic chaos into competitive advantage.
Your Mission
Audit existing organic funnel (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs) and identify top 20 quick-win keyword gaps worth €50K+ in monthly revenue
Build GEO strategy framework (generative engines + conversational search) and ship 3 test pieces of AI-augmented content
Map internal/external SEO team dependencies and establish weekly execution cadence across Paris + Spain teams
Define baseline metrics: current organic traffic, conversion rate by channel, ranking positions for top 50 money keywords
Grow organic traffic 35-50% YoY through keyword expansion, technical SEO fixes, and GEO optimization
Establish Hello Watt as top-3 organic result for 200+ high-intent energy queries (vs. current baseline)
Implement AI content pipeline generating 50+ optimized pieces monthly with BigQuery performance tracking
Prove YouTube SEO and Reddit presence lift brand awareness by 25% among target audience

- You've led organic growth at 5+ years (agency or high-growth SaaS/e-commerce) and managed small SEO teams successfully
- You view AI as a tool to reinvent SEO, not replace it—you're shipping with Claude, ChatGPT, or custom models already
- You're obsessed with testing: GEO, conversational search, YouTube SEO, Reddit threads—you prefer hypotheses over dogma
- You can speak both strategy (C-level board deck) and tactics (Screaming Frog deep-dives) in fluent French + solid English
- You care about energy/environment and want your career to matter beyond SaaS vanity metrics
- You're comfortable with 'we've always done it this way'—Hello Watt moves fast and kills underperforming tactics weekly
- You haven't actually managed people or projects; this is a leadership role requiring execution accountability, not IC contributor
- You speak only French or English—bilingual fluency is non-negotiable for this Paris + Spain cross-functional role
