The Challenge
H is building the foundational infrastructure for autonomous AI systems—and they need you to build their entire marketing engine from scratch. You'll own growth loops, product positioning, and brand narrative for one of the most exciting AI startups reshaping how intelligence works.
Your Mission
Establish tracking infrastructure, CRM architecture, and attribution model across paid + organic channels
Launch first 2-3 high-velocity acquisition experiments (paid campaigns, organic channels) and identify 1-2 working loops
Define H's ICP, positioning statement, and core messaging framework; ship updated website copy and 1 GTM playbook
Build foundational content calendar and publish 2-3 technical/thought leadership pieces establishing H as AI authority
Scale 2-3 proven acquisition loops to predictable CAC targets; hit 25-40% month-over-month user growth baseline
Launch product marketing for first major feature release; ship sales decks, case studies, and launch collateral
Establish H's presence at 2-3 major AI conferences/tradeshows with sponsored talks or booth strategy
Build 15K+ engaged followers across LinkedIn + Discord; establish H as recognized voice in autonomous AI space
KPIs You'll Own
CAC (Cost of Acquisition)
Track and optimize cost per qualified user across all channels; target payback within 6-12 months.
Activation Rate
% of new users completing core onboarding or first high-value action; benchmark against SaaS baseline 25-40%.
Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month growth in website visits and content reach; measure content ROI and brand authority lift.
Pipeline Generated
MQLs and SQLs sourced directly from marketing campaigns; track influence on sales cycle and revenue.
Brand Authority Index
Qualitative + quantitative: media mentions, conference speaking slots, LinkedIn engagement rate, inbound inquiries.

Is This Role For You?
- You've built acquisition machines at 2-3 B2B tech startups and actually know how to move from strategy to execution without getting lost in spreadsheets
- You're comfortable writing—technical whitepapers, positioning docs, website copy—and you care about quality over volume
- You thrive in ambiguity and love experimenting (testing 5 acquisition channels to find 1-2 that work)
- You speak fluent English and can communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- You have founder DNA: entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, willing to wear multiple hats in a scaling startup
- You need a fully defined marketing strategy handed to you; you can't think like a founder building from a blank canvas
- You're a specialist (social-only, demand-gen-only) who needs someone else owning the big picture—this role owns everything
- You're not comfortable being on-site 3+ days/week in Paris or you need 100% remote flexibility
- You don't know B2B SaaS/deep tech: if you're thinking like a D2C marketer, this won't work
