The Challenge
Growth Room is a scrappy 40-person digital marketing startup scaling fast. You'll own your own client portfolio from day one, running full-cycle SEO strategy—audits, technical optimization, content management, and weekly client calls—while learning from seasoned SEO leaders.
Your Mission
Complete 3-4 comprehensive SEO audits (technical, semantic, competitive) and deliver actionable strategy docs to assigned clients
Master Growth Room's SEO tools stack and reporting frameworks; establish weekly client cadence with clear KPI tracking
Contribute to 1-2 RFP responses alongside sales team; demonstrate ability to scope and estimate SEO work
Execute first content optimization cycle: review, validate, and refine 10+ pieces of client content for SEO performance
Grow assigned client portfolio to 5-7 active accounts; maintain 90%+ client satisfaction on quarterly reviews
Lead end-to-end SEO campaigns including technical fixes, content strategy, and netlinking; hit agreed-upon traffic/ranking targets
Become the go-to person for semantic and editorial strategy; mentor junior team members on keyword research and content briefs
Identify and pitch 2-3 upsell opportunities or new service lines based on client needs; contribute to commercial growth

Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month growth in organic sessions for assigned clients; track by landing page and keyword cluster.
Keyword Rankings
Number of target keywords in top 3 and top 10 positions; measure progress against baseline audits.
Client Satisfaction / NPS
Post-meeting feedback and quarterly reviews from your portfolio; aim for >8/10 satisfaction score.
Content Validation Cycle Time
Average turnaround on content reviews; reduce time-to-publish while maintaining optimization quality.
RFP Conversion Rate
Win rate on proposals you contribute to; track scoping accuracy and competitive positioning.

- You have prior experience (internship, contract, or full-time) in consulting or agency SEO—you know how to scope, deliver, and manage clients
- You're analytical, organized, and thrive on solving client problems; strong written and verbal communication in French and English
- You want to own your own book of business early; you're adaptable, curious, and ready to learn from experts
- You expect a hands-off role or want to specialize in one narrow SEO pillar; this is full-cycle client-facing work
- You lack French fluency; most clients and daily communication is in French
- You prefer remote-only work; this role requires 3 days/week in-office collaboration with the SEO lead and clients
