The Challenge

GlossGenius powers 100K+ small business owners with booking, payments, and operations tools. You'll architect AI-driven sales systems that eliminate friction, turning raw product signals into real-time selling advantages.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Design and deploy first LLM-powered workflow (lead enrichment or automated battlecard generation) integrated with Gong and Salesforce

2

Map data pipeline from Snowflake/BigQuery into sales triggers; identify 2-3 high-intent signals currently flying blind

3

Build Python-based integration skeleton connecting CRM, Outreach/Salesloft, and internal tools via REST APIs

Launch one internal Slack bot or 'lite' tool giving sales team instant access to customer health scores

Own end-to-end lead routing logic; measure impact on conversion rate and sales cycle compression

Deploy 3+ production LLM workflows (personalization, coaching, competitive intelligence); track quality and adoption

  • You've built sales tech integrations or RevOps solutions in Python; you're comfortable writing scripts instead of waiting for engineers
  • You've shipped LLM applications or worked with OpenAI/LangChain; prompt engineering and structured output excite you
  • You understand sales friction firsthand—either you've sold, operated revenue, or built tools that reps actually use
  • You thrive bridging technical and business worlds; you can translate rep pain into code and measure impact on pipeline
  • You're commutable to NYC and want a hybrid role with real office days (this isn't remote-first)
Won't Work If
  • You're looking for pure engineering or data science; this role is explicitly RevOps/business-growth-focused
  • You need fully remote work; 3-4 days/week on-site in NYC with mandatory Tues/Thurs is non-negotiable
  • You don't have hands-on coding experience; this role requires self-sufficiency in Python, SQL, and APIs, not delegation
